Connect a funding source

For automatic funding, connect a supported treasury or custody integration using scoped, revocable permissions. GasTanker should only receive the authority required for the specific operation.

Turn on automation

Once the policy is active, the same workflow runs automatically. GasTanker monitors the wallet and creates a funding operation only when the policy requires it.

Sometimes the safest action is not to spend.

GasTanker can stop or hold an automatic top-up when:

  • The amount exceeds your limits
  • The wallet is funding too frequently
  • The organization has hit a spend cap
  • The network is paused or unhealthy
  • The selected route is unavailable
  • The destination cannot be verified
  • The funding source is insufficient
  • The quote has expired
  • GasTanker cannot determine whether a previous transfer already moved funds

On the last one, GasTanker does not blindly retry.

A delayed wallet is a smaller failure than a duplicate transfer.
